We have prepared this list of lodging options that are convenient to the activities in Key West. Since there will be such a small group, we have not reserved any blocks of rooms and ask that you make your own reservations according to your tastes and budget. This page contains just a few choices. There are many options on the other side of the island and many of them are quite a bit less expensive, but will involve driving or taking public transportation to get into town. For more lodging options, visit http://www.keywest.com/accommod.html or http://www.floridakeys.com/keywest/key-west-accommodations.htm.

Compiler’s Note: Chris and I stayed at the Garden House during their 2006 visit to Key West. The location is fairly close to everything and the room was small and decent, but nothing special. The lady who worked in the office was very strange, but seemed harmless. We didn’t take advantage of the continental breakfast or happy hour during our visit, so we have no comments on that. We also didn’t even see the pool, since our room door was on the front porch and we never went in the back at all.
